4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum transaction limits per channel are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. rt555 may update these limits from time to time. Transactions submitted outside the stated limits will be declined automatically.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. rt555 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

9.2 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rt555's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Excluded Losses. rt555 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not such losses were foreseeable or rt555 had been advised of their possibility.
9.4 Force Majeure. rt555 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.
10.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be noted; Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.
10.2 Termination by rt555. rt555 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, access to the Platform will cease immediately. Any Bonus Funds in the Wallet at the time of termination for cause will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with rt555's anti-money-laundering obligations and applicable procedures.

12.1 Right to Amend. rt555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to protect the security or integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
